Any reproduction of the name or logo will be subject to immediate prosecution.

 

PRICES:

The prices listed in our prices include VAT at the rate fixed by the regulations for the transport services (*). The chauffeur service, fuel and unlimited insurance "persons transported," The tolls, parking fees are included in the transport.

 

Baggage accepted within the limit of 10 kg per passenger and remain in their custody thereof.

On request, a listing of transportation is provided to the person transported to the completion of the provision of transport.

 

RULES:

Accepted methods of payment: Cash, checks, paypal, credit cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card).

Any Wedding transport service is payable upon signing the contract.

All transport service transfer or provision is payable on arrival at destination on board by Visa.

If the occupant has the quality of "customer account" the provision is given to the billing payable upon receipt of the  invoice by the 15th of the month following its execution.

Any complaint is admissible only within 8 days of the execution of the transport service concerned.

Entirely different matter for the Courts of Avignon instead of the registered office of the company VIP Transfer.

VERY IMPORTANT:

Transporting people for a fee is a regulated activity.

Only authorized vehicles:

DISPOSAL / TRANSFER

• The transfer begins at the adressgiven by the VIP and ends upon arrival at the VIP planned arrival location.

• Provision: The transport is unlimited km in the frames of time made ​​available to the client.

• Transfer the transport starts at pick up and ends at the depot, any additional kilometer traveled will be charged € 2.50 per kilometer.

• The booking deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation 30 days before the date of VIP transport.

• The balance must be settled 15 days before the date of the wedding service.

• The right to use the imagery of the vehicle is licensed to you for personal purposes.

• It is forbidden to eat or smoke inside the vehicle if necessary. Your driver will make a stop on the route.

• The vehicle comes with its driver, full fuel and unlimited insurance.

 

RESERVATIONS AND TERMINATION:

When booking, it implies the unconditional acceptance of our terms and conditions. The client and provider agree to comply with all clauses mentioned within our contract.

No changes will be made to the above conditions without prior agreement between the parties. This contract would be suspended or canceled automatically and without compensation of any kind in all known cases of major case. The contract is deemed concluded once signed by both parties and the deposit received and deducted from the total amount of the order. Otherwise it is null and void as of right. In case of cancellation by the customer, all deposits / deposit already paid shall be forfeited to the claimant as a lump compensation.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
